Kim McCoy, CCC-SLP

Kim is a licensed and nationally credentialed speech-language pathologist with over a decade of experience in schools, telehealth, hospitals, long-term care, post acute rehabilitation, home health, early intervention and private practice. She has completed advanced trainings in myofunctional therapy and is certified as a clinical specialist in autism (ASDCP).

About Kim

Her areas of clinical interest include autism and neurodiversity, childhood language, tongue tie and myofunctional disorders, swallowing and speech sound disorders. She utilizes a relationship-based approach that values connection, authenticity and appreciation for each person’s gifts. Kim designs and facilitates one-on-one and group therapy sessions that build on clients' skills in order to work toward their individual goals. Kim holds a current Oregon Board of Examiners Speech-Language Pathologist license and the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is an idealist at heart, enjoys playing the violin, quiet time alone (reading, researching and meditating) and sharing playful moments with loved ones. Kim is delighted to join the Kites Pediatrics Team!
